The Lunahra keeps the dates that taharas hamishpacha turns on: which onah a moment falls in where you actually are, what follows from each entry, and a reminder before each onah that has to be observed.
Free, l’zikuy harabim
It costs nothing and it always will. There is no subscription, no advertising, and nothing about you is sold. It was built to be useful, and that is the whole of the business model.
Every machlokes is a setting
Nothing halachic is hard-coded. Four days or five, haflagah in days or in onos, day 31, Or Zarua and which vestos it guards, what to do when the Hebrew day is missing next month, how to treat an onset during bein hashmashos — each is a switch, set by you or by your rav. Your rav can be given a link to set them all himself and lock them.
It is an aid, not a posek
A calculation is not a p’sak. Every real shailah belongs with a rav, and the app says so on every page for a reason.
Privacy by construction
You can use the whole thing without an account, in which case nothing leaves your device. With an account, data is held on servers in the European Union under the GDPR, reminders are deliberately contentless, and deleting the account deletes the data. See the Privacy Notice.
